This knob has 16mm x 1.50 solid Brass threads and comes with a threaded Brass adapter & jam nut in the size of your choice. A non-threaded option is also available. Weight is 5 ounces. Needless to say the whole bag "mysteriously" disappeared 30 minutes later. All in all, if you like jerky but want high quality meat that isn't just a sugar delivery device I highly recommend this product!
