NEW ONLINE SALES POLICY
From the start, Disney Lorcana has been centered around players and play. Disney & Lorcana fans are excited to experience an early launch at their FLGS and to be first in line to play the game in-store. It is important to preserve the quality and integrity of the brand by encouraging in-person user engagement and play. By adopting policies to foster Organized Play and drive foot traffic to game stores, Ravensburger believes they are helping provide a better experience for the consumer, a better game, and a better brand. Accordingly, there is a need to keep the early launch experience special to preserve the intent of this 2-week window and to also ensure there is enough product available to service O.P. attendees.  Ravensburger has made the decision to implement a NO ONLINE Sales policy for Set 4 sealed products during the 2-week first-to-market period for hobby retailers starting May 17th and ending May 31st.

• This means retailers are NOT allowed to sell on their own website, marketplaces, or any other .com sites during the 2-week early Hobby Release window.
• Retailers CAN pre-sell products online, but these products must be delivered to consumers on the full channel Launch date of May 31^st, 2024. The delivery date must be called out in the product listing.
• Ravensburger has put in place a very strict process for auditing this sales policy.  Non-compliance consequences vary from loss of allocation to removal of O.P. status.
