Haworthia magnifica var. splendens 'Inca Rose' is a visually stunning and sought-after cultivar of the Haworthia magnifica species, belonging to the Asphodelaceae family. Renowned for its striking appearance and unique rosette form, 'Inca Rose' is highly prized among succulent enthusiasts and collectors.

'Inca Rose' showcases a compact and symmetrical rosette composed of thick, triangular leaves that form tight, overlapping layers. The leaves have distinct markings, often displaying bands or lines of varying shades of green, from dark green to lighter green or even reddish-brown tones.

The leaves are firm, fleshy, and have a glossy or slightly translucent quality. They can grow in a spiraling or stacked arrangement, creating an eye-catching pattern. 'Inca Rose' is known for its beautiful leaf variegations and the subtle changes in coloration that add to its ornamental appeal.

This cultivar typically remains relatively small, with individual rosettes reaching sizes of around 3-5 inches (7.5-12.5 cm) in diameter.

Like other Haworthia, 'Inca Rose' prefers bright, indirect light and can thrive both indoors and outdoors. It requires well-draining soil to prevent waterlogging and is sensitive to overwatering, which can cause root rot. Watering should be done sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out between watering.

'Inca Rose' can be propagated through offsets, which are small offsets or pups that develop around the base of the mother plant. These offsets can be carefully separated and replanted in suitable succulent potting mixtures.

The name 'Inca Rose' suggests a connection to the ancient Inca civilization and possibly reflects the plant's beauty and elegance reminiscent of a prized gem.
